Return Policy – 3D Garden LLC

At 3D Garden LLC, each item is handcrafted or 3D printed on demand with great care and attention to detail. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns.

📦 Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, but only if the item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects.

🛑 We do NOT accept returns if:

  • You changed your mind

  • The item was customized (e.g. names or logos)

  • The item has been used or altered

✔️ Conditions for return:

  • Email us at hello@3dgarden.shop within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include photos clearly showing the issue

  • The item must be returned in its original, unused condition

💸 Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

📮 Return shipping:

  • If the item arrived damaged or defective, 3D Garden LLC will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
